Image is not erased from drum.

Possible solutions?

you are seeing a repeated image? there are two possibilities - drum & fuser - are you also getting gray smudging down the page? or any other symptoms?

you can stop the machine (by opening a door) half way through the copy process,, just as you see a copy begin to exit the machine & check the page,

if the repeat image is present before the fuser and you can wipe it off with your finger, it is most likely the drum cleaning blade - replace it

if the image is clean before the fuser - you have a fuser issue & one of two problems

the fuser cleaning web may be finished, or jammed - or your upper fuser roller (hot roller) may be worn

finally - measure the distance between image repetitions, this can tell us if it's a drum or PCR or fuser issue
