We took over this Ricoh from another company, It is stuck on warming up message forever, fuser doesn't even turn on. I worked on it for about 30 minutes. will go back tomorrow afternoon and keep troubleshooting....

Manny, I would start with all the door switches. Get your meter out and check then ALL. I'll hunt and see if I can come up with a manual.

Upon further inquiries, unplug the hard drive or drives and see if it will come to ready. Sounds crazy but worth a try.
