Yes it is in all it's plastic glory!!!
I am placing them in LOW volume environments
It's a brother allright toner, drum etc.
somewhat disposable I guess

Piece of crap - fortunately I only got one to take care of. With some luck it will slip off the table onto the floor or something...

Some of my customers depend on this as thier main office copier! lawyers etc. unbelievable.
none of the ones I have sold have had a service call yet. at least you can replace the feed rolls and fuser...
