Hi, I'm trying to install scan upgrade kit GA-1200 in Toshiba E-Studio 205, Can anybody help me in installation & configuration of this kit GA-1200. I tried to follow the instruction which came with kit but I failed to upgrade the version, currently the version of system Rom is T282SY0W040 and controller Rom is T282CN0E030 and the manual says it should be T282SY0*201 or later and T282CN0*302 or later, please help me, Thanks

its just an enabler, it should install fine with older system roms.
upgrading is done with a USB stick, just download your firmare to it.

Hmm...Does this toner taste funny, or is it just me?

You either get the firmware from the toshiba website if you are an authorized dealer or have a toshiba tech to upgrade the copier. since you got the original firmware you may have problem with the installation. this is the current level of the firmware: 1190-430 sys-220 this is what you got:(SYS 40, Original Release)
