I'm having horrible luck with my two Risographs and I think I need in-person assistance.

My GR3750 (20k masters, 2.4 mil copies) is asking me to replace the ink cartridges on all 3 of my drums.
I tested the same drums on a friend's 3750 and they worked fine. Two of the drums worked fine before.

My GR1700 is doing the same thing. I've posted in this forum earlier

Both machines we basically donated to me and had not been used for 1-3 years. Both worked fine when
I used them initially, but after 30 copies on both, I'm encountering these problems.
